Thank you! The officer going on drill didn't have to so I got a reprieve, but at the end of August I've got an Officer joining the Navey so then it will be 6 days a week for who knows how long. I will do my best in getting the homes, but they may be sporadic. I appreciate you and your son or daughter in our military service, thank them for their service!

You are definitely making having a mobile home a good thing. Now, having your own lot/land within a permitted area is key.

Thank you! Yes having a lot or land that's totally different, thankfully I had bought my land in 2009 to put my horses on. Some loans you can add land to it, but I'm no expert on that one. Thank you for commenting, I appreciate you!

Yeah I understand about all the stuff, I'm going to have to sell or donate a lot of stuff. I lived in my old house my entire life till last October, it was my pawpaws and he left it to me so I have stuff going back several generations. Thank you so much for watching and commenting! Very nice single wide. I would want all white trim, carpeted bedrooms, opening windows in both baths and window above kitchen sink. I would also want two windows on the dining side of the kitchen, across from the bar. Nice home, thanks for the tour!

​@NiyaB81 you're welcome, I wish you the best with your new home. What model are you going to get? Mintons will work with you together you in a home. The biggest thing they gave me was hope when I had lost all hope in getting into a new home and out of my old home that was falling in on me. I know they will take care of you.

@@LifescrazyAdventure I just sold my home so I’m deciding between The Shout and the Boujee 56. They are so so kind and very helpful. I have looked at other places but they can’t match Minton’s prices.

I don't know, I saw that on the sheet. I will have to go back and see it. Tomorrow I will be at Timberline to get one, but next week I will try to check it out. I tried to find it online, but couldn't find it.
