In case anyone has trouble with Shinobi's that like to stun spam: I've found that when they kick if you were to dodge it and throw a neutral heavy as characters that have average speed heavies (for example warlord or berserker) the heavy will hit them before they can follow up with the next flip kick. Alternatively the Shinobi is capable of reading this and possibly deflect you but I have not had much trouble with Shinobi's trying to use their heads recently. Also if the Shinobi uses a heavy finisher from the missed kick, a character with neutral hyper armor heavies like J.Js top heavy or warlord's side is able to go through and continue the chain (While Highlander's heavies have this property he is too slow to benefit from it before a shinobi follow up, his offensive heavies are more likely to land as a counter attack). For other characters without hyper armor it has commonly ended in trading for me which in theory saves you from taking 6-10 extra damage or worse if you're getting ganked. I hope this helps someone that has trouble with fighting Shinobi, it's a strange thing that counters him but I have found success in it stopping these ninjas in their tracks.

Anyone know how or what causes the full health at worth of shield when exiting revenge? I’ve been playing for so long but don’t recall running into it that much. Is this a perk?

I think It's a bug caused by the revengeful Barrier perk but I don't know anymore exactly.
