Jimmy's quote is very insightful regarding the local church and church-planting. Churches need to be outward focused, by bringing the Gospel to neighborhoods (which may form the core for future church plants), as opposed to hoping that people in the neighborhoods come to local churches. “The question was, Does Waco, Texas need another church?
