Hi Jon, how much file space does it take, and can the content be on an an external SSD? Sounds beautiful!

Thank you very much for this nice gift, Jon, very inspiring sounds! My little critic about the plugin itself: Should be great to give us the choice to relocate the samples or instal them where we want. On a mac the 186Mo are hiden in the user library/application support, they would be better on the external drive where all my other sample libraries are.
@BeepBoopAudio3 ай бұрын
This is on my to-do list. Windows users can already do this, but it's more difficult to implement with mac installers.
@FLH3official3 ай бұрын
@@BeepBoopAudio Well actualy you can relocate by hand the samples but it's a little bit tricky for the non-proficient user, especialy as the user library is "hidden" in mac os, you've to know how to find it. Maybe you could add a fonction in the plugin itself, not in the installer, to relocate the sample folder after the standard installation.

@@FLH3official I am fully aware of this and agree that "it's a little bit tricky for the non-proficient user" to manually relocate samples. That's why I temporarily set it up this way. I have already considered your suggestion and might go that route. The plan is to update Prototypes to be easy for all users to use without confusion. If you REALLY want to do this right now, you can delete the LinkOSX file at "/Users//Library/Application Support/Somerville Sounds/Prototype Antiquarian Echoes/" and then relaunch the plugin.

@@BeepBoopAudio Thank's for the tip about the LinkOSX file. For now I've kept it "standard" on both of my machines, I still have room on them, but I'm definitely interested by you updated version to come which will be obvioulsy necessary if your young, and cool, company increase its offer .

This was precisely the kind of plugin I wanted but had no idea where to find it. There's LOT of plugins that can do pad/atmospheric/cloud kind of sounds. I find a lot of those patches are a little too "prominent" sounding...I wanted something like a magic mist that I could layer my wind-controlled synths above. Floating above the clouds. This was just a super quick demo I did to see how it would work with the MIDI rotator plugin I use to create chords from single line stuff. It's awesome this is "name your price", I was happy to send you a few dollars for it and would definitely recommend this to anyone. kzbin.info/www/bejne/haO3anuvZpaGoMksi=Ke763PYe_K6BterX
