RGV, Anurag and Tigmanshu Dhulia are my favorite directors from Bollywood. May not be the best commercially but best story tellers in bollywood. RGV in his prime was simply outstanding...Loved him badly. Anurag is my inspiration, i believe i can act well, want to test my skills with director like Anurag. Lets see if my wish is ever fulfilled🙏

My biggest regret is that I met Anurag and Mahesh Bhatt in Hyderabad film conference and i didn't ask him to take me as Assistant Director. Non of his films released. He was explaining how he was surviving by writing.

He has quoted the movie multiple times, that how it inspired him to build his own iteration of village gangsters of north India. FYI, Subramaniapuram was built on a budget of only 65 lakhs ₹ and has gained the status of a cult classic Tamil movie!
