My grandmother had cancer, she didn't survive, it fills my heart with joy whenever I see anyone who has survived... One thing is for sure, Samdish is the catalyst for these interviews, without a person like him the whole interview could have been a normal flat interview. I had a privilege to watch him direct Life in a Metro when he was shooting in the call centre in Kamla Mills in Lower Parel where I used to work. I was very awestruck then and still am with the way the films are shot (the cameras/boom mics/monitors/lighting/trolleys/rigs)...i can spend entire day in a film set just watching how films are shot it's so fascinating.

What a solid man! Fought with death and came back. Everyone who did anything to save Anurag's life deserves thanks because what a fantastic gifted person he has turned out to become. I think part of the directness and humility comes from that struggle and facing death and near-bankruptcy at the same time, for months.
