I notice none of the videos on you tube featuring hvlp turbine sprayers are running the 3M pps system on the gun. How come? For us the ppm system was a game changer! The gun sprayed better and u can turn it upside down or any other position. There are many different cup sizes but the biggest thing is no more material getting up thru the little pressure tube and clogging it or clogging your one way valve. It also makes clean up waaaay easier using alot less solvent etc. 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

Huge fan of Apollo. Night and day better product than Fuji. Among other things, it has real air filters vs. just foam pre-filters. And the customer service is night and day better as well.

Hello sir. I do have this system and I usually using it with Centurion paints. Indeed it works great, I mean really great. I do have a question though: what needle, tip, and pressure would be the best set up for heavy coats like the Renner primer 765? Thank you much!

Sorry bud, but you wasted your money.

5 stage turbines already suck! They're convenient that's it. You need to reduce 2k primer and paints like crazy. Now apollo says! Greetiings! We present to you a vacuum motor from 2008 and for another 1 grand more in cost then our 5 stage We present to you!!!!! 1.5 psi more!!!! you can now spray the droplets even larger and farther than before! 2hp compressor with a cup gun will get you out of a headache a lot faster than this turbine will. But I will admit I would do this interview to for a free 6 stage so hats off to you sir! Definitely are cool looking little units!

Turbines arent for everyone. But for a mobile refinisher that does bathtubs, showers, sinks, countertops etc they are the only option. And they can lay down epoxy primer and single stage urethane top coat like glass with minimal overspray. And in a unit small enough along with tools, drop cloths etc to tote upstairs, in elevators etc.

@@WjB_96792 Fuji 5 stage minimite is much cheaper and gives just as good as a finish. Coming from a guy who has both machines and has compared. The Apollo with all its features is the Cadillac but the end result, the finish, Fuji is just as good. But, doesnt Paint Life sell Apollo?

@@WordAboveAll yeah man ive still got my trusty fuji super 4. Shes like 14 years old. I dont run it anymore but it does still run great. Id like to see a high end turbine incorporate a fresh air outlet for a respirator and also a compressor for a pressure pot. I know graco has onboard compressor on its top end unit but how bout the fresh air?

I know many guys spraying with a Tritech airless fine finish tip and getting just as good as a finish. I have a tritech but also a fugi mini mite with this Apollo gun for just $1,200 (much cheaper) and still just as nice e of a finish. Lessons, you dont need this unit for a nice finish and maybe the guy getting kick backs for promoting tne product is bias...

@@macemace5196 it all depends man. There are certain trades like bathtub refinishers that use the turbine every single day. Pack it with drop cloths and tool boxes etc and wheel the whole thing into customers homes, sometimes in an elevator and up 20 floors or whatever. For those guys an airless is not an option, neither is a compressor. And if your livlihood depends on that machine its usually best to spend the extra money and get quality, longevity, warranty. This apollo runs way cooler than other turbines and that makes a huge difference. U run that fuji for 5 mins and its literally blowing hot air which will affect your finish. Inner components wear out faster..
