This girl is an inspiration to those people with dyslexia and those with speech impediments. She probably had to concentrate so much on her speech, that she couldn't focus on the game playing of others.

Pamela's eyes and smile made this show an absolute pleasure to watch. Her gregarious vivacious or maybe even 'vivarious' personality shone through. Will watch this again!

I didn't really notice she had a stutter until Dara mentioned it, maybe one or two words here and there, but after he mentioned it, I spotted all most of them (this episode only)

My estimation of Mark and Bianca dropped significantly, but Rosheen's is getting better.

I've fallen in love with Pamela. I think she's really pretty, probably came across as a bit too negative on the show but on here she is lovely :)

And she didn't take sides???? She was team Mark all the way and never tried to bring the two of them together. Looks like Daniel isn't the only one who's deluded...

emmm I don't remember any bickering on this task, so job well done Pamela!!

Candidates on this program almost *never* pay the slightest attention whatsoever to market research. It's actually fairly pointless even undertaking the exercise seeing as there isn't sufficient time in the process to radically shift gears when they discover that their concept is a complete dud (or in this case, highly offensive). That said, they could at least have tried to ensure that the objectionable aspects of their game were minimized instead of ignoring that altogether and making all of the questions incredibly dumb and sexist in nature. Pamela made horrible decisions throughout the task and seemed to do nothing but attempt to shift blame to others. Good riddance.

asking 5 game enthusiasts is pretty useless market research in any case. Were those guys even their target market. The "market research" on this show is usually pretty useless.
@MRayner5910 жыл бұрын
Sterling Doucette True enough. They couldn't possible have picked a worse group to run their "relationship" game concept by than a bunch of hyper-nerdy gamers playing magic cards or whatever. I'd be surprised if half of them had ever even been on a date in their lives!

So the opinion of people who actually play board games is worse then the 0 opinions of people who do not play at all? Looool
@MRayner5910 жыл бұрын
Timuras Sahakyan That wasn't really what I was saying, but in this particular case, yes, perhaps they were. Just because they play "games" doesn't mean they were the ideal target market for this specific one.
@MRayner5910 жыл бұрын
***** That’s quite true. In this case, even though not maybe the ideal target audience the team had in mind, the nerds were completely accurate about fatal flaws in the game’s concept. The only person on that team who really took their criticism fully on board and dealt with it in a constructive way once they’d decided to plow ahead regardless was that massively self-confident Aussie fellow who managed to deftly navigate his way around the product’s more objectionable aspects when pitching the game to buyers, even going so far as to suggest that people were actually meant to laugh at its ridiculous sexism, etc., almost as if its idiocy had been fully intended.

11:58 (re. Mark and Daniel): "They're just a hopeless cause, the both of them." You mean two of the candidates that are still in the process? Two guys that didn't get fired? Yes, I see.

Can I point out that they (Daniel) could have come up with better open questions rather than fixated questions? He doesn't need to put what specific men or women think. To me that is very unpopular. I think to engage the other person is to find common interests. They should have come up with questions that could help the person find out of the person. Like what sort of movie do you like? or something along these lines. There is no 'correctness' in subjective opinions. Finding that in a board game is concerning.

I wouldn't have brought Lauren in. I would've brought back Katie. She didn't open her mouth ONCE on that task apart from saying "Battle Of The Sexes" and reading out one of the questions on the card. SHE sat on the fence. She did NOTHING.

Yeah. I hardly noticed Katie this episode and Mark, if Pam brought him back into the boardroom, maybe she could have gotten away with it

fecking, and she's been fecking moaning for the past few weeks and clearly dislikes Daniel, but thinks James nice (?!) and was quite rude about several of the ones that have already gone, but on this she seems real nice, and a fine person to work with-maybe the process brings out the worst in you, but I'm really worrying about Mark-he seems to be turning quite nasty and worse, seems to be kind of getting up a hate Dan posse or something, and James Pill has no call to insult him when he's a right twat himself. Sanjay is a suck-up, but all these fail to grasp that Mark will sell them up the river when he's ready. But Lauren and Roisin are very nice, and Bianca is nice too, nicer than the women on many of the last shows where many came across bad. But what IS bad here is Roisin thought of the bloody game and the concept and has NOT been thanked by anyone, even on THIS show. Why?! James got LUCKY, he had no idea, if she's project managed, she'd be the one thanked. It's annoying cos she lost the task she managed, but that doesn't matter, anyone can lose, and it didn't fail cos of her. In the case of the killer (i.e nice women blondes) the best two we had last year made the final, and one of them-Leah Totton won. Well I think Roisin can do it this year, if he will hire a woman again so soon. Gemma was very nice too, but gone too quickly, clearly she's not nasty enough and doesn't want to be. Pamela should be made at Mark, he kind of very cleverly put her up in the firing line, but I was pleased to see that Sugar at least started criticising him on this task, and hot air or not, I'm very much in sympathy with Daniel over him. I'm sure Mark will make the final, no worries as he'd say, but I'm now longer convinced he deserves too-insult to snakes. And Katie should watch it too!

She'll go further in life than most of the predators on the show. Some are just plain bullies, pouncing when they smell blood, but meekly presenting their butts to Lord Sugar at every opportunity. I'd hate to work in that sort of environment, which does tend to favor despots like Littner & co.

I didn't like Pamela at all. I found her very negative, arrogant and not as good as she thought she was. Daniel can be an idiot but I found that she relied on this to just dismiss him like something under her shoe. Mark may have some talent but he is sly one and I'm surprised they haven't picked up on how back stabbing he is.

I liked Pamela a lot, straight talking, didn't shy away in the background like others, made the first sale of the competition, designed the wearable technology jacket, sold well in the candle task, tried to help and guide Ella in the video task, did a lot of the organizing for the tour task and was unfortunate to be shafted in task 6.
@CHRISDABAHIA9 жыл бұрын
John Redmond Hardly shafted: she ignored the market research and chose the concept, even though many of the others didn't like it.
@johnredmond74479 жыл бұрын
Chris Owens From what we saw, there didn't seem to be any other ideas for a game. I will agree her performance on this task wasn't up to par, but I still think she was shafted by Mark initially, then by Daniel with those questions and possibly by Lauren and Katie too. Nobody said anything about the quality of those questions.
