I dont really mind people keeping certain animals in captivity under certain circumstances, but what I do care about is their quality of life. These mfs with the lions need to start showing more respect for their lions, and allow them a large area to roam. They arent going to get that where they are, so I dont really like those cowards, self important and only for their own gain do they have these lions.

Glad to see the people of the region keeping what's theirs. People with power often come into an area and take take take. Aquamarine is my birthstone and weird since I'm a fuy and light baby blue isn't my first or favorite color. Nevertheless I see now why it is my stone as I feel at home and love the mountains. After watching where and how some of the best aquamarine comes from and is formed in the mountains. I now know why it's my stone and the connection to the mountains I have with it
@Sovereign_Citizen_LEO4 жыл бұрын
A large percentage of high quality gemstones (probably most) come from mountains, because of the volcanic/ tectonic geologic pressures, forces, and uplift of Continents/ land masses which create the stones/ seams/ pockets.

I love seeing old documentary films like this. I am sure the worlds changed. NY has changed too. Drastically. We Love you! But, Please I just have a huge problem with how these men of tribes treat their four pawed children. They are not to be hit. How dare they hit a GOD? SHAME. I will buy my persian stones elsewhere from a Native Son who would never harm the lions as such. Unreal. I am really saddened.

The lioness is docile and raised in captivity. If give the opportunity they would soon become wild and ferocious. They keep them in unnatural conditions because they are not really a sanctuary but rather a breeding ground for domesticating such beasts. This can take hundreds of generations as in the common house cat or domesticated dog. Sad, but different cultures have their own ways of dealing with life's struggles.

The wrestler drinking the lassi is Clark Kent level of good looking in the first shot, very greek side profile. Also, Greco Roman type of wrestling in Pakistan is not something I expected to see with any connection to aquamarines. Interesting. Wonder if they have blood relation. Maybe when I have the money I will go travel more and see the world. Edit: Oh gosh the poor lioness. I can see why they're aggressive in keeping her under control because she's a literal carnivorous lion, but there's better ways to befriend lions. Wish someone could teach them, but information like how to tame a lion is not so easy to come by, you guys, only people like Kevin Richardson would know and he's not about to randomly go to Pakistan.

The gentleman that does these documentaries is French, and he purchases his gems from all over the world. I have some appreciation for efforts to purchase from smaller mines, giving the "average guy" a market they might not have otherwise had. I get your drift though, but the Colorado (and other gem mines in America) generally have their own channels and/or Facebook pages.
