Brilliant!! I saw his concepts after Habitat and couldn't wait to see more. What a pity it took so long for the world to catch up!! Bravo!!!

How sad. Only a sketch of the iconic Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in Kansas City, MO, showed for a brief moment. This Safdie designed building literally changed the KC skyline and cityscape. It's unreal to be inside this gem!

What a novel solution to high density buildings! His architecture is that of a true visionary

one could argue that Habitat is his best project. it benefited from having a modular unit that invited an organic configuration. later projects also addressed very different programs as per building typology.

Boise, Idaho's voters wisely held up in 2019 on a Safdie-designed events center/library. Sometimes you have to think hard about costs, impacts to the environment, and respect for local heritage and culture before you quest after visions ... especially in a city that's having a hard time just housing people, managing its traffic, and dealing with a growing population of homeless.

I would give the empty concrete walls a green wall garden, so i don't have to look at the brutal concrete reality all the time..

Why not build that Chinese apartment block for the residents no doubt forcibly displaced from their homes in order to build it?

Actually, *Lego* is a federally-protected trademark (it’s incorrect to make it plural or possessive). Its individual parts are called *“bricks”* . For example: My toy construction site consists of various colored Lego *bricks* .
