If they believe OT was from god they have the obligation to justify god's commands even if they were for ancient Israelites, even if Christians don't follow OT, they are obligated to defend gods action and commands. You will never see a Muslim scholar backing away from Quran and Sunnah.

I just got chills. I had a black labrador which I loved very much. We got him when I was 5, so I basically had grown up with him. We had to put him down when he was 13 since he was struggling. But during them years when I was around 6 to 8 we had pranornmal activity going on in the house. I remember even seeing a black humanoid figure with red eyes standing at the bottom of my stairs, just staring at me. But I remember I didn't scream I was just fixated on this thing. I then ran back up stairs into my bedroom and when I turned back it was outside my bedroom at the top of the stairs, again just looking at me. That was the first and last time I physically saw anything. Apart from that it was the usual, objects moving, electricals turning off or on, wardrobe shaking. Even though my family isn't religious my nana is a non practicing Catholic, we got some crucifixes and called a priest out to bless the house. He said that one of the crucifixes was thrown onto the floor and the Jesus broke off it. He sorted the problem out, but we still had some minor instances. I remember one time when I still had a bunk bed, and my black labrador would sleep on the bottom double. During the night I leaned over for some reason and saw a black object sticking over the bed. I could distinguish colour since the floor was a wooden light brown almost creamy colour. Anyway I thought it was the dog so I got down, and went to stroke it, only my hands went right through it, I immediately turned around and put light on, then turned around to the bed and saw my dog curled up in the corner looking at me like I was nuts. But since he died I haven't really experienced anything. It could be a coincidence, that you say jinn like to take forms of dogs even especially black dogs, but who knows. Anyway I realised that this life was not the only thing or that there were other entities that existed and were not physical like us. This is what led me to becoming a Christian, but recently I have been studying Islam. You are well aware of all the negative info on Islam and for a time I took it as truth, so I have just started to read an English translation or the Qur'an. And I'm finding a lot of things interesting about Islam, very different to how the media portrays Islam or even different to how many Christians would describe Islam.

My friend truthfully I don’t know much about Muslim religion, can you tell me if you’ve heard of Allah protecting his followers or gave you anything except laws & religion? I was a “complete heathen” then one day as I was about to throw myself in front of a bus I cried out for help, I was rescued by Jesus Christ… in ONE morning Jesus set me free from drugs, immorality, alcohol & so much more one morning I became a new creation, I was set free ❣️ all addiction & the many, many bad things I did.. Instead I asked Jesus Christ into my heart and he turned my life around I became a different person it was miraculous 🙌🏽 the old things I desired I no longer wanted. Jesus taught me to love myself & my neighbours. love is caring for others before myself without expecting anything in return. Jesus gave his life for ALL mankind including those who don’t believe in Him. The only Way to God the Father in heaven is through HIS son Jesus who paid the price for our sins. Which I had plenty of and tbh even 25yrs later I sin in thought & deed (sin is in our blood) BUT I know when I seek Him with all my heart & repent I am forgiven. We cannot earn our righteousness. Anas bin Malik: Allah's Apostle said, "You should listen to and obey, your ruler even if he was an Ethiopian (black) slave whose head looks like a raisin." Then there came his master and demanded him back, whereupon Allah's Apostle (may peace be upon him) said: Sell him to me. And he bought him for two black slaves, and he did not afterwards take allegiance from anyone until he had asked him whether he was a slave (or a free man) Sahih Muslim 10:3901 'Ubaidullah b. Abu Rafi', the freed slave of the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him), said: When Haruria (the Khwarij) set out and as he was with 'Ali b. Abu Talib (Allah be pleased with him) they said," There is no command but that of Allah." Upon this 'Ali said: The statement is true but it is intentionally applied (to support) a wrong (cause). The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him described their characteristics and I found these characteristics in them. They state the truth with their tongue, but it does not go beyond this part of their bodies (and the narrator pointed towards his throat). The most hateful among the creation of Allah us one black man among them (Khwarij). One of his hand is like the teat of a goat or the nipple of the breast. When 'Ali b. Abu Talib (Allah be pleased with him) killed them, he said: Search (for his dead body). They searched for him, but they did not find it (his dead body). Upon this he said: Go (and search for him). By Allah, neither I have spoken a lie nor has the lie been spoken to me. 'Ali said this twice and thrice. They then found him (the dead body) in a rain. They brought (his dead) body till they placed it before him (Hadrat 'Ali). 'Ubaidullah said: And, I was present at (that place) when this happened and when 'Ali said about them. A person narrated to me from Ibn Hanain that he said: I saw that black man. Sahih Muslim 5:2334 Shem, the son of Noah was the father of the Arabs, the Persians, and the Greeks; Ham was the father of the Black Africans; and Japheth was the father of the Turks and of Gog and Magog who were cousins of the Turks. Noah prayed that the prophets and apostles would be descended from Shem and kings would be from Japheth. He prayed that the African’s color would change so that their descendants would be slaves to the Arabs and Turks.

Wow Mashallah, I learned a lot from these debates, a wonderful job dismantling rumors and spreading knowledge. At first glance brother Hamza always seems to be a bit aggressive but in the end, you see the wisdom in breaking the hidden unwarranted attack on the panel and on Islam. My main problem with the attackers like Rob is that they are not sincere in learning or having a logical debate or fruitful discussion, that is why a defender of the stream time like Hamza must be there to protect it from trolls and time-wasters.

It may not be your style but Hamza has his own methods of getting a person to realise their false beliefs. It is effective for a certain type of person that wouldn't be useful with sh. Uthman's style of dawah. Hamza does have a short fuse (which I think is good) but most of he says is justified. In do think people are offended due to some cultural differences.

The conclusion was okay but I don't feel comfortable about his shahada.........that's how i feel and Allahu A'alam.

Hamza got frustrated with Kole not because of his questions, but because he tried to run away from his promise. Kole promised sheikh Uthman to embrace islam if he answered his 5 questions, then he turned the 5 into 30 and that's when everyone got frustrated (not only Hamza). The same thing happened with Glenn the evangelist yesterday in the Perfect storm with Abbas and dr. Imran. The conclusion was fine but i hope that Kole will comeback the next time to clear up this whole situation.

It's a marking that show the dog was being possesed by the jins...a friend of my brother encountered similar experience, but not with a dog, but a man. Matthew was a good call, though it got derailed a bit at times - e.g. by Hamza bringing in evolution or by Sheikh Ibn Farook bringing in Muhammad and historical records when the discussion was really about the nature of morality and the problem of evil. Generally, I think the quality of the conversations sometimes suffers under the format of the show. It's hard to keep on track of a topic and not get drawn into any amount of tangents with up to *seven* "gladiators" in the room, each of which has their personal spin on an issue and a preferred direction for the conversation to go. I don't have a definitive solution for this, but maybe limiting the number of people speaking to each individual caller to two would work.
