Honestly, this is how it should have been. Keeping one of the 4 skill slots as Re armament, while having the other 3 free for the weapon currently in use, then once you switch weapons, the 3 free skill slots will change to the weapon newly equipped, and so forth.

@@gamerdweebentertainment1616 The point is the game giving you an incentive to keep using other vocations. Why would anyone choose a specific class when they can be everything? Yes, warfarer can't use master skills from other vocations, but not all of them are exactly great and can do well without them.

@@djtheking12 You can stick to one class while playing as warfarer by just not using rearmament. Only downside is the lack of access to their specific master skills. Again, the vocation is fine as it is. You want op bullshit to make the game even easier than it currently is? Just download the mod for it like the guy from this video did. Warfarer is balanced in the base game and it should remain like that. PS: Btw, choosing to stick to one vocation as a warfarer rather than playing the actual vocation has its advantages as well, like being able to wear any armor.

Fr, the whole point of Warfarer is being able to use different skillsets and weapons on the fly, making rearm take a skill slot instead of being a core skill is big dumb

Super simple solution - rearmament is a core skill that allows a weapon skill to automatically equip the necessary weapon when activated. You'd get all 4 skill slots, and get rid of the clunky extra button press/action manually changing weapons.

@inawrocki207 bruh exactly I commented this when the game came out. Just swap to whatever weapon the skills is for. And keep rearm as core. So 4 weapons amazing new dynamic combos at the cost of lower damage. It should be about fun otherwise everyone could just spam meteor.

I REALLY wish they went the Skill Preset Switcher route for Warfarer, hell, even make it 2 skills per weapon and make 2 slots be Switch forward and Switch back. Like having A and B (xbox) for the two rearmament variants and have X and Y change based on weapons so you can effectively use 2 skills PER weapon. For balance, they could've jacked up the Stamina Costs of skills or rearmament so that warfarer would become *the* NG+ Vocation since you'll need those stamina cost reduction.

Ok so I’m gonna lead with stating the obvious and saying kudos my friend; on the canvas of death, you’re an absolute artist. Even with the mods, thaose combos must have taken some solid practice there. It still really confuses me why this isn't how warfarer works in the base game. (Or like why almost *NONE* of the cool classes from Dragons Dogma Online are in this game)

Did he use more than three weapon skills though? I didn't think he had modded he used a lot of core attacks and core skills. I think this is just raw skill but I could be wrong.

@@christurner5791you're definitely wrong. There isn't a single interaction he uses that works like that in vanilla. He's also moving around twice as fast, along with insane ability charge times. Wish there was more animation cancels, but we're very limited. This isn't DMC5. Sadly.

This is perfect. Devil May Cry creators made this game? Couldnt tell by looking at the base game's speed. This looks like fun. Game should've been designed for a bit of breakneck speed instead of these "next-gen" molasses physics that belongs in survival horror. Thanks for the graphics RE Engine, but thats all it was good for.

I fully agree with you on this, I would had loved to see the Devs add a feature that allows us to dismiss our main pawn just like the other pawns. Or even be able to say go home or even stay but not be the wait we have now which eventually the pawn or pawns will follow you again if you get to far. On my main account I had to kill my main pawn just to heal her from the dragons plague. The minute I threw her from the bridge to the deep side of the ocean she asked me if I did that because I am disappointed with her as she fell. That right there let me know that these pawns are not like the pawns of DD1. Even on DD1 I did not like the idea of killing my main pawn just to go solo.

I dont get why people have such a problem with other people wanting something different, having one skill from only three different weapons but being able to equip all of them at once is stupid, you have to get pretty far to unlock warfarer you should be able to have at least 3 skills from whatever weapon you're using, I only use warfarer regardless, i dont need any incentive to use other vocations because i like having options, if someone else wants to use another vocation other than warfarer they will, and you cant habe mods on ps5 either so it's not as simple as download a mod, instead you people go, "oh someone wants something I dont like in a single play game that I can just ignore if i dont like it"

also, 2 things: 1. What binds are you using for the skill presets? 2. You can download another mod to negate the extra weight effects you have so that you can wear armor and still be able to move around
