Anyone claiming to know who we are and why we were created is only using man made constructs. Claims of a divine knowledge or insight, a special relationship with a diety, passed on to them thru a voice or vision from a dream is just another mentally ill individual. One of thousands who thru the centuries have gained equally delusional followers believing old worn out "revelations that only the "chosen" have access to. Technology isn't the bad guy here, it's the vociferous charlatans prophecising their contrived scenario. Humans have been scamming fellow humans since people learned to speak. No technology was necessary, only credulous believers. But the biggest denounces of technology use every technological development at hand to promote their man made dogma. Fortunately one can use technologies to make inquiries, ask questions and get answers, to look behind the curtain and expose the flim flammery of "divine knowledge". This is why science and reason have became so antithetical to faith based reasoning. (Actually there's no reasoning in anything faith based, just belief.) When the foundation of a tenet is based on a scam everything formed from that premise from the beginning is bunk. There's another great video on KZbin that should be watched by all. As advanced as any program can be, the human elements of compassion, integrity and uniqueness are also needed in decision making, inventions and planning. Without these we are just controlled robots. This is a very well-made film. That said, I don't really believe in the whole "everyone will become trans-human bio-enhanced clones" scenario. As anyone involved in ordinary prosthetics - let alone bionics - will tell you, "enhancement technology" is eye-wateringly expensive, and given that the vast majority of people in the world earn fuck-all and are set to become ever-poorer, I don't think there's going to be a massive take-up of said tech.

Without more content this is sort of a pointless clip. This clips seams to promote the idea of a Human life should be bound by the definitions we currently acert to the ladder. That is a very sad Idea ! Evolution is not a concept bound to biological entities it happens with Technology and our understand what life actually entails. @@MalakinMedia Much of dust style movies are porting to different avenues for expressing their Art in a different Form that can convey a part or even the full idea of the ladder movie in the first place while offering different Potentials of expressing the idea that might be more of interactive or abstract nature. This Pandemic has told me that live on as before is to stagnate, retooling my life and Business made me Experience Joy and Pain not known to me, for that i have become a different Person. Some accepted that some not and most don't even noticed since they changed alongside me. The Tool or the social Mechanic in it's raw Form is always 2dimensional. What we as human as Single or in a Group assign the ladder Values to makes them an Instrument for change towards New Horizonts or explored Shores, sometimes they even hold us hostage and keep our mind from traveling in the first place. With Dystopion Type Ideas the Backdrop is as important as the Message itself. Releasing a more lenghty Backdrop in a different Artform might free up the more intense deliverey a Movie can provide for the Main Idea. Let's watch where you let this Idea of yours evolve into.

What about the perspective of a hacker who's taken one of those wrap-around displays and thoroughly rooted it to connect to his/her own custom system which is running customized software, then after showing this off at a local Hackerspace/Makerspace members of that group begin to notice that the run of the mill connected are paying them a bit more attention then normal........

Then there's the question of people using that tech in much smaller communities where manual labor is more heavily used (can you imagine someone splitting their attention between a table saw and HUD, I know I sure wouldn't want to!) or if there's some form of subtle social/economic pressure being gradually brought to bear against those who live outside the cities to force them to move into the cities (friends and family in the city disdaining older methods of communication, banks steadily phasing out conventional services for HUD only access, ever increasing regulations and Red Tape for protecting the environment, higher insurance premiums for those who live outside of cities or in particular areas, fewer available jobs even if they can be done from the home, etc, etc).

Unfortunately, if you're waiting for "after the pandemic" to continue this project you may be in for a rude awakening to the fact that the powers that be do not want this scamdemic to end. You see, each day they can continue it is another day they can keep the masses afraid of human contact and ensure the greatest numbers possible are willing to submit to their orders to lock down, stay in, mask up, and get vaccinated - to avoid being called outcasts, being told they can't travel, being shut out of their workplaces, and being shamed for not conforming to the government's and their own workplaces new mandates. Those who don't "buy in" to the mainstream narrative will face the scorn of the rest who give up their freedoms and individuality, much like Noah on your insightful film. So, don't wait until "after . . . " as you may find the "after" you're waiting for never comes.
