Me and you both bro.... And yes Marmoush would be a good addition. We need to get away from thinking we only have to sign known finished products. Look for talent that can elevate the team, and go for it. Robben, CR7, Drogba, Ruud, Salah... the list goes on. All came from 'lesser' leagues, relatively cheap for that time, and took over the EPL.

Considering the injuries , dodgy decisions, youth stepping up & breaking through, we've done bloody well to be 2nd in the league. We'll need to do so much work in summer to replace those whose last season this probably is. Olmo would be a great signing, in my opinion we need a couple to come in wide and central. Who knows we might get a couple , we might get nothing lol but gosh, the work to be done in summer , not just replacing but bettering that depth

We fans are so reactionary (being positive and negative at the same time). But Clive calmly just beats our unracionallity on viewing how much we expect from our club. We view Arsenal through our golden era, but nobody rethinks actually maybe Arsen Wenger overperformed with that team. We have facts - trophies and we tend to think those players were that magnificient. But.. really..maybe Arsen made those teams overperform, or maybe apart of Man U, there were no real threat from other teams, because League was much weaker at that time.

What i saw against Brentford was the power of the team. We went for it and just overpowered them and forced our way to goal. Got the goals and moved on. And i feel like this is something we can do against almost anyone. It will not always be cute, but if we want to, we can power our way to goal

Not sure that's the attitude for me. While I agree that there is no excuse to not try and get reinforcement, its not about "giving a crap" and thats why our squad is as good as it is and competing. Patience, precision and quality.

Ive chopped and changed my mind re who i'd like to see Arsenal bring through the door in Jan. After further thought and hearing other people's opinions on the current team, i'm sure now based on sound reasoning. Id like to see Arsenal prioritise Marmoush and if that doesn't make sense financially, bring in Lookman. I looked at Nico Williams' XG this season and thats no good for what we need.

Whilst Lewis-Skelly has performed admirably in his stints at left back, it seems to have confused a lot of the fan base into thinking that he is one when he isn't, he's a central midfielder first and foremost and that's his best position. That he's a good player blessed with the ability to be adaptable and still be proficient, let's not go down that Maitland-Niles road again by unnecessarily trying to convert him based on his robustness, aggression and lack of fear in the tackle, as his good range of passing, vision and intelligence are his better attributes. Not arguing that Calafiori isn't a better center back than full back but at least he is primarily still a defender first and foremost and actually started his career as a full back, similar to how Rice started his as a central defender or likewise White and Timber.

Tbh Theo, while youre right he is a midfielder by trade, specialisation comes as you become a senior player. AMN was a different case, MLS looks much more willing and comfortable

@TheGoonerTalkTV point taken Tom, maybe having seen how good and commanding AMN often was as a midfielder prior to his emergency cum established role at left back, I'm kinda fearful of history repeating itself since MLS is a talented player who I don't think we've seen at his best in the first team yet, hence I just want him to play some games from the middle of the park.

Viktor Gyökeres 2. Alexander Isak 3. Victor Boniface 4. Serhou Guirassy Please get 1 of these players. I don't have patience for projekt players or players that may come good. For example why is Fabio Vieira and Marqiunhos here. Why are we linked to Evan Ferguson and Takefusa Kubo? Plus Marcus Rashford when we know about his goalscoring and attitude (football wise). Players head can turn if a team starting to get good transfers in. Look for example when Man City and Chelsea got there signings some years ago and started to win trophies. Arteta said we have got one of the thinner squad in the League. Arteta and Josh Kronke, you are responsible for this situation. I am saying for the betterment of the club and win as soon possible.
