Beautiful episode!!! This was mostly about the unsung heroes of action movies; who with their falls, injuries, and accidents have created iconic stunt scenes that have become the stuff of martial arts cinema legend!!! For every martial arts hero; there is always a team of stunt players and stunt coordinators that toil over scenes and literally suffer for their art to make the scenes look amazing (and painful)!!! Mr. Poyer is an incredible stuntman and Stunt Coordinator; and his actually being there for many of those classic Hong Kong movies' stunts adds a gravitas to the entire discussion!!! So many harrowing stories of stunts gone wrong!!! Thanks you, Scott; for creating another phenomenal installment of The Art of Action!!! I will eagerly await your next teaser!!!

The breakdown of this type of action is something that 20 years ago was considered a pandora's box secret, and only those who worked in the Hong Kong industry knew how to access it. Question: I'm taking acting classes, I have no problem faking or pretending I'm someone else but memorizing lines is a challenge I never expected, I can pretend I'm anyone all day long but if I cant master my lines I think I can get nowhere. I've just begun & hopefully this problem will pass. But now that I've done a few scenes in front of a small audience (fellow acting students) my respect for the art has deepened! Keep up the great work Scott. Sincerely Big Fan.
