Two questions: (1) First will using a faster ball helps for novice and (2) should short player stand nearer to the wall or at the T?
@JoshAttwellSports

Yeah using a faster ball will help as you won't need to put as much power into it which allows you to focus more on the control. Which routine are you referring to regarding whether you should stand closer to the wall or the T?
@shananarocks

@@JoshAttwellSports The standard figure of 8 front court strokes. Should a short person stand nearer towards the front wall or remain at the T. Thanks so much for your reply.

Being closer to the front wall actually makes the drill harder as you have to be quicker with your hands so I would recommend standing on the T to start with.@@shananarocks

@@raunnitwalia2453 I believe it was just a double yellow dot for these, but you can do it with any ball to be honest

Deleting this from my downloads, and the channel list, due to the background music and poor sound quality.
