You’re one of the most helpful people on KZbin, for real. I appreciate your content so much. Thank you for continually making such good videos. I’ve heard quite a few ADHD KZbinrs and a lot of them have decent advice but yours is just always so good and practical.

Great tips Evie. i make all the mistakes when trying to form good habits, particularly trying to do FAR too much! Thanks.

I find your pace of speech very easy to take in, it's fast enough so I keep interest also it feels real, if you know what I mean, like you've put yourself into it. It's a breath of fresh air! Yes, I will read a favourite book about the time period I'm writing about if i can't start writing which is like your favourite music at the gym thing. I took it as just getting my head in the era but would admonish myself for wasting time. I won't stop myself in future until I'm inspired to write. I'll try your five minutes thing when the writers block truly kicks in, even if it's just research or editing it's developing a habit. Good stuff!!!!

Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it and it always helps to hear my content resonates with others. It’s one of the main reasons why I’m doing it so it’s truly inspiring to read comments like that, thanks! ☺️ If something helps you and gets you closer to a better physical or mental health, it is NOT a waste of time. We have glamorized material productivity too much. Trying to create association between a favorite book and writing, sounds like a good plan! Good luck and share how the 5 min approach works for you after 2-3 weeks ✨

Thanks! So much of what you are saying resonates with a lot of my life now!! I love your ideas and I am going to watch this again tomorrow with my notebook. Thank you, Evie!!!

Thank you for your support!! ✨🤗 I’m really glad to hear that it’s helpful! And yes, definitely take notes of good ideas! I used to have so many notebooks but in the past 2 years I completely moved to Notion (so I have only 1 paper notebook 🙈) and now Notion has almost as many thoughts and ideas as my brain 😂

Your videos are a life saver. I’m currently in extreme ADHD burnout to the point I’m taking time off work and I’d love to know any suggestions about how to overcome burnout, I don’t know how to rest. 😢 I watched your past burnout video and I’m in tears. I do beat myself thinking I’m lazy but you hit the nail on the head when you stated “I’m in pain”. So thank you for validating that. ❤ I’m finally going to try to stop beating myself and use the next few months to rest or learn how to rest. 😅

I was actually thinking about making a video on how to rest, because I have struggled SO MUCH with that as well. I don’t know when I’ll make it happen but I hope by then you’re much better ❤️🩹 Burnout takes time. The same way it took time to exhaust yourself to the point of burnout, it’s normal that recharging and getting better won’t happen in a week or two. I’m saying this so that you don’t bitch at yourself for “taking too long to recover” (another person experience ;D ) Wish you wonderful and peaceful next few months ✨

I hope this doesn't come across as weird; I've always been interested in languages and accents and often I can tell the country by hearing an accent, but I can't for the life of me tell what your mother tongue is. Would you mind telling, or is that too personal? If I had to guess, I'd say maybe something eastern Europe, but I really don't know.

It’s not too personal! ;) I often get this question because my accent is heavily affected by the accent of those around me. Originally, I’m from Bulgaria so you guessed correctly it’s Eastern Europe, but then I’ve lived in 4 other countries which definitely influenced me and my accent ;)
