I would be pleased to work with Richard Cruso - He and I seem to have the same attitide about work ethic and the craft. We are here to provide a service first, after that we may get to be creative. That's part of the magic of being a DOP or Cinematographer, you can do either or one one only of these, tech or creative, and we must be ready to provide whichever the Director/Producer might demand. Evidently Cruso is much, much more experienced than the other two who seem to be rather fascinated with appearing in front of the student buddies. Laughing a bit from time to time is fine, but they were rather disrespectful on more than one level giggling away like little school girlies. Come on ladies, exhibit some professionalism - there's more to it than what they showed you in school. Time to perfect your off set skills.
