The Art of Dim Sum is a cooking masterclass by one of the most accomplished dim sum chefs in the world. With 50 years in the kitchen, Chef Chiu Chun Wong has led the kitchens of countless world-famous restaurants, including the original Hakkasan and Yauatcha in London.
Chef Wong began selling dim sum in his native Hong Kong at the age of 12. Though keen to learn the craft, he wasn't allowed in the kitchen until 15. He became an official dim sum chef six years later, marking the start of a historic career. He has spent the past five decades perfecting his craft. Even today, Chef Wong hand-makes all his dim sum served at the renowned Min Jiang Restaurant in Kensington, London.
