The Art of Internal Communication | Mahatria on Success

The world can tell you a hundred things, but it's what you communicate unto yourself that drives your transformation. Mahatria explains this concept with the idea of languaging. If everyone is encouraging you but you still doubt yourself, you can't achieve it. On the contrary, even if the world is dissuading you from doing something but you believe in it, you enormously enhance your possibilities of doing it. Transformation is not transformation unless you enhance your languaging. Mahatria also touches upon the importance of being able to receive appreciation gracefully. Have faith in the cosmic system that decides what you get based on karmic debts and karmic investments. After all, you don't get what you desire, you only get what you deserve!

You are aware that you want to do something.... most ppl don't even think of doing something. My suggestion is to narrow down those somethings to few things (max 5). 3. Pray. Practice stillness or mediation (doing anything but one thing at a time). Exame Watching tv and Eating food separately.
