Carlini is one of the best setters worldwide no matter what people say! She has more than proven it and Team USA needed her and still do. Karck has to go for the upcoming Olympics she better be there. Not that just out off college average setter who played with Busto.

Poulter? I mean I do think Carlini should def be a contender for the starting setter position, but when u have a setter who played with Busto Arsizio, played and won against Vakifbank, you have to consider her, as 1 year of professional club setting could be the experience she needed.

While Carlini is indeed a very world class setter, I actually prefer the way Poulter sets. Carlini has consistently been playing low quick sets (even for Egonu) and only goes high out of system; Poulter on the other hand goes low or high and still manage to make it a fast tempo because of how high her reach is when jump setting
