The best way to get back at some one who hurt you or against you is to be you let them be them. Not to be hurt by who and what they think or try to make you to be. Inside I know who I am and what I did. He/she may have more power to make others believe but will never have the power to truly make it be.

If I say Stoic philosophy helped me make more money, would you believe me? Yes it did, by starting routine in my life, getting up a couple of hours earlier than I am used to and by sticking to it. As simple as that. From making less than a thousand a week it got me to making at list 1,500 a week. The amazing thing about it is that I don't stress as much as when I was getting up late and run around for less fulfilling day of task. I now work less make more and always restful. Also, practicing the art of saying "NO" helped me shape my life and it is beautiful.

The best way to get back at somebody who hurt you is to let them go😊 don't give them any explanation just forget it and go on with life the pain will go away sooner or later I hope it's a lot later I'm learning things in life that I've never had to learn before I'm doing really good at it telling the person I cared about how much I cared and how true I was being doesn't matter they don't want to hear it because they know I'm right I know I did nothing wrong

My main issue is being fearful I think it all came from when I was younger always wanting approval from my mother, I was also physiologically abused, and it really make me fearful, getting close but how do I get over this FEAR!

F - false E - evidence A - appearing R - real Remember that YOU are a Holy, Powerful Spiritual Being living in a Human body having an Earthly experience. We are created in LOVE. There is no fear in perfect love. We are NOT SEPARATE from The Loving Universe. You and The Loving Source are ONE. This Earth is not your Home. You are loved beyond anything you can imagine....just the way you are RIGHT NOW...even if you are afraid. Think of fear as your enemy coming to steal away your perfection. Fear wants to steal our joy. Fear wants to stop us from growing. Fear IS NOT OUR TRUE SELF. Fear lies to us. The love that you are made of IS STRONGER THAN ANY DOUBT OR FEAR. Say out loud many times a day - I AM LOVE. I AM STRONG. I AM AT PEACE. IAM RELAXED. I AM FEARLESS. I AM BRAVE. I AM ABLE, I CAN AND I WILL OVERCOME THIS FEAR !! Any negative or fearful thought must BE REPLACED by a POSITIVE thought. Say the new thought out loud. Do this ALL THE TIME..... day & night.... day after day. We don't know each other but I PROMISE you all this is true. I am 78 years old and I was often afraid in my younger days. Now I KNOW my real worth and feel all the power of the love I WAS BORN WITH...and SO CAN YOU❤❤ !! p.s. EXPECT success.
