The Art of Syd Mead (Music: Alden Tyrell - Voyagers End)

I created this video with some images of the art of Syd Mead, the master behind the art of Blade Runner, Tron, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, 2010, Aliens, Short Circuit, Yamato 2520, Strange Days, Time Cop, Mission to Mars. He is an industrial designer: Cars, planes, spaceships, cities and all sort of machines, characters and surreal futuristic creatures. You can see his influence in everyday life!!!!! The music comes from Alden Tyrell's album: Times like these (2006) - "Voyagers End". I hope you like it. Please Comment!!!!!!!!!

the car at the begining is a Bertone concept by the great designer Marcelo Ghandini!

I like all your videos... but you made a HUGE mistake... the car in the begining at 0:06 (after Syd Mead's pic) is a Lancia Stratos 0, designed in BERTONE studio (Nuccio Bertone and Marcello Gandini). Syd Mead never has involved in this project... by the way, this car prototype was used om Michael Jackson's movie MOONWALKER. :)
