However, there‘s a limit to what treatment we should allow. If your partner isn’t willing to take an internal look at themselves, if the fault is ALWAYS yours, do not stay with them. In fact, staying enables them. They have healing to do on their own. Don’t allow someone to access you who isn’t willing to put in the effort you would.

I have always held the fundamental belief that people are good and kind, and although I have encountered plenty of people who exhibit the opposite behaviour, I find that overall people are always good and kind towards me. I work in customer service all my life and have never had the common experience of customers being awful, like many of my colleagues have. I wonder if this is why. I expect people to be good and kind, I treat them with due respect, and I find they are good and kind in return. Whereas colleagues who are already anticipating rudeness seem to encounter it wherever they go! Makes a lot of sense!

there have always been those one offs. the one customer who leaves a bad taste in your mouth every once in a while. but those are few and far between. Most customers are ignorant in your specialty and if you treat them with kindness and sympathy they will reciprocate your emotions. I never understood why a coworker in the same position in the same job just on different days or even the same day doing the same thing has such a profound different understanding of what happens and how it affects them. I may think a customer was just asking questions and being nice where as a coworker would think the were the spawn of the devil.

Lately i've been practicing this (i think), and i've had excellent results; when, lets say, you are in your bed room and your bother with whom you've had a troubled relationship comes in, normally, the first thing you would do is to manifest energy (coming from a previous mental formation or judgement of the other) in the form of words or attitudes towards him, and this is a pattern that will repeat again and again until new thoughts with a different kind of energy is created in your brain. Now, lets repeat the scene, your brother comes in, but now, you manage to control your energy by being aware of its internal manifestation, no judgement is made, no energy is created, so no energy will be manifested, you will respond with energy from the frequency YOU are in that very moment, and the other person will feel this energy too, and respond with that same energy. It`'s about re writing or re interpreting the information in your subconscious, which is saved with a specific kind of energy, depending on the judgement you made before.

To understand further, first you would have to understand the concepts of energy, frequency and vibration. You literally emit a certain kind of energy depending on the frequency you are vibrating at, and, every form of life have the capacity to feel energies. When you are under the influence of thoughts and emotions, everything you think, say, and do, have a certain energy in it; when you are angry, nothing but hate will come out of you, your thoughts will be hateful, your words and actions will be violent and hateful. Doesn't this work both ways? Let's say you wish to influence someone in your desired direction using these methods, and the other wishes to influence YOU in THEIR desired direction in the same way. What does THAT lead to? In such a scenario, some common ground is needed before any progress can be made.

I was thinking about the same. I'm guessing that the thoughtwave radiation of the person with a more clear alignment on the intention will have a stronger influence

Well, this is a very interesting question. It happened to me and my manager. For the last two years, we were both trying to manifest a good relationship. Both with good intentions. Alas, as we were both vibration our intentions, but with very oposite desires, envisioned outcomes, it clashed. Result: we both sat together recently, had an honest conversation about it, and I have decided to leave the job. Our personal values are too different. I see it as a sign from the universe that we don't match and that there's another job waiting for me. Another job with other people. I accept this as the truth and that makes me strong. I don't see it as a failure. I don't feel any bitterness. I perceive it as the All that is speaking, leading me towards a new and better situation. I see it as a learning process. And video's like these help me to see it that way, without any negative emotion. I hope this is an answer to your question
