Because Artie was relapsing back into drugs like the last 6 months of the show and repeatedly kept not showing up to set and saying he was in the hospital due to "diabetes". The execs knew he was bullshitting and pulled the plug after his last noshow around beginning of April 2014. Show was cancelled a few weeks later. Pretty much the same shit he pulled on the Stern show, basically.
