What's being sold here is not just the property itself but also the location. It's a huge farm house and lot in the town proper, accessible to different commercial establishments. I just hope it is near a hospital, that's a major consideration for me. No matter how big and beautiful the property is, even it is near Starbucks, S&R, etc. if there's no hospital nearby, that's a no-no for me. I believe hospital is also accessible to this property. I hope so.

Sobrang expensive, tapos semi furnished pa, wala PA solar power station. Ciguro Chinese na naman nagpapayaman sa ating upang hinirang... Magandang naman bahay pero very expensive, maaaring duon nang ako bibilin ng lupa sa benebenta mo Mr. Rey sa Gen Trias Mas affordable yuon. Pwede naman magtanim duon ng mga halaman at gulay at pwede din magagawa ng sariling swimming pool. Nakakatakot pa jaan pag pumutok ang tagal volcano, takbuhan mga Tao. Hin katulad sa Anyana pwede naman magagawa ng sariling design. Sana minurahan naman nila. God be with us and our country, the Philippines.
