If it's anything I respect more, it was the way Mang Henry was incredibly humble when we first met and how he took his time to explain and even absorb information from the man he talks to. I met him in General Luna Park with his students and we would talk about our experiences in Martial Arts and how he began as a kid in the province making Abaca rope and then became a jeepney driver who fell inlove with watching the grace and ferocity of Tatang Illustrisimo as he taught his students in the very same park then. Fast forward to now, still the same humble man I met with an even greater following. Respect to you, Mang Henry. :) Hope to see you when I get back to Philippines one day. :)

Good for you, protect GM espera. pinerahan lang ni rubio sa GM henry espera sa interview, Late na lang yung elefant kali fund raiser kuno sa FB after may nagcomment na ginamit lang ni rubio si GM henry espera, walang compensation man lang pero nagtitinda sa FB page aperture. sa FMA discussion fb sa post about Abaniko by Baet, may 2 taga Modern arnis pumuna kay rubio, tama naman sila, something like “ang dalas mo makialam and mangutya, tatawagin mong BS ang tingin mo na BS kahit ang gumagana naman para sa master na yun”, pati si GM bob silver tabimina pagtatawanan mo sa Aperture FB (eh sabi ni daniel foronda sa FMA discussion part2 nagtraining sya kay bob tabimina, Good effective naman, closer to boxing”

@@bladesociety He's just a man who watched and learned with passion till he started passionately creating. What I admire is how much he doesn't want to sell his stuff as some tactical mumbo jumbo.. It was my mentor who explained what our GM (not Mang Henry) said as a joke. If you put Martial Art, no body wants to learn because its art, a choice. If you put "tactical" in the name of your art it just means you want money. There is no such thing as tactical. All of kali is deadly.
