I am studying in Delhi. Kejriwal has legit worked hard in delhi around electricity, water prices , govt schools (nexpensive quality education) and in health sector too with schemes such as mohalla clinic and installation of public toilets every 2-3 km.All are functional too. not only on papers but in ground reality.And the work literally shows when your there in the city. I woulld choose AAP anyday before congress or BJP in delhi.
