The will to power is one of the most fundamental concepts in the philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche. It is also one of his most complex concepts as it was never systematically defined in his works, leaving its interpretation open to debate.
In this short video by the Stand Up Philosophers we illustrate the process of gaining power over ourselves as central to the Will to Power and not the domination of others which Nietzsche considered to be an inferior aspect of the Will to Power.
We include one or two quotations from Nietzsche for best effect.

Note: This video is a mental canvas, a vivid portrayal of Nietzschean ideals. Its true form exists in the imagination, awaiting the artist’s brushstroke or the poet’s verse. You can be that artist, you can be that poet. That's all that Nietzsche really asks you to do, to ask yourself, can I be more?
