Precasting dagger 5 before infiltrator signet works wonders. Instant shadow step to target stealth.

Great video! I wanted to start a thief in GW2 but rolled Mesmer (just started last week) and I’m thinking I need to level another alt. Btw I also returned to the first GW to continue my Mesmers storyline and I’ve been re learning solo farms with different classes again. Also, happy anniversary GW1. 🎉🥳

Really love the inclusion of scorpion wire - such a useful underrated skill ! Do you have any stat breakpoints for the build? Do not have full marauder trinkets at the moment. And would you say Rune of Divinity is a good alternative besides Scholar / Pack?

divinity isnt good in anything but pvp, just get as close as possible

should note that escapist fortitude has a 1 sec cooldown. getting multiple cleanses in a single dodge is pretty rare. I would also like to point out the strength of Mesmer runes and Paralyzation sigil. Having a 3(?) second daze on steal and your stealth attack can entirely shut down people. It also baits out stun breakers for very little cost on your part.

i did test out the paralyzation and mesmer rune, it was nice in group play, but wasn't enough pure damage to assassinate targets without a coordinated effort. Also I was referring to escapists fortitude combined with dash to remove multiple conditions

1 thing i never understood: how can ppl not ho for Precision Strikes for dmg against tanky ppl? And lets be honest... about 90% are tank builds

Improvisation doesn't always recharge equipped ,on cooldown utilities, it has a chance to "pick one you dont have in subtype"
