Pitt is an underrated actor. This is his best performance arguably. I respect your opinion as Pitt is also overrated on some ways, other people could've maybe even done it better. But I think Pitt nailed the existential crisis Jesse was going through, in a way only Pitt could.

I think that you’re right, might he did a good performance on this movie, about the real person pain and personal sad history. But his anyway overrated in any platform and on the big and famous HOLLYWOOD!!!
