To those commenting on the way he behaved after the song… This was the first time Feargal had sang live in front of a concert audience in 20 years. He probably wanted to get off stage asap as he was mentally struggling to contain his emotions. I am sure he stayed until the concert was finished and spoke with Andy. He hasn’t sang live again since.

here's the chain of events leading to my viewing this video tonight: was listening to my Jesus and Mary Chain channel on Pandora. Heard the song Teenage Kicks by the Undertones and dug the singer's unique-ish voice. While listening, I read the band's Wiki page and happened to see that Feargal Sharkey recorded one song with The Assembly, Never Never. KZbind that song and after hitting a roadblock at the first three links, ie. the site's idiotic copyright verbiage, or whatever, I hit the jackpot on the fourth link attempt - this live version of the song. Now....time to get back over to another trail of breadcrumbs and a Devo song.

I somewhat agree with you, while at the same time I like to record a couple of tracks of performances I watch. However, I always try my best not to get my camera in peoples line of sight. I hate it when people lift their camera high above the audience, blocking other peoples view. I always hold my camera in front of my own face instead of somebody elses.
