Not as bad underneath as I thought it might be for standing in field for 8 years, with some careful remedial work could go on for a few more years, very odd the passenger floor had rotted away but the drivers side floor (with a meadow on it) still looked solid.

I bought a Red peougeot 205 XS of my neighbour last year £500 jet washed it serviced it washed it underneath ,wow god its was quick xs they are like a GTI are mad car ive just sold it £2,300 to a guy in carlisle .

That tyre size 155x13 is still the size of the old HC Vauxhall Viva that used only 4 studs. 4 studs is quite unusual now, most are 5 or 6 stud. Looks like you caught the car in time for a floorpan refurb along with nearside sill. Look forward to the balance of the repairs.🍺🍻🥃👌👍

My dad had a 1.3 and somehow got 125mph on the M40 years ago but that was when it was on leaded fuel as cars went faster on Leaded petrol , once my dad switched it to Unleaded it lost 10mph of its top speed , so weird but look at what E10 fuel does to cars nowadays , i cant use it as it makes my car misfire

@@iDayno Yeah it used to wheel spin in 2nd gear too and In my car I tried E10 and it made it run so rough and my cars a 2007 so not that old in relative terms , The 20p a litre extra is worth it as E5 don’t burn as fast as E10 , seems stupid the govt introduces a fuel that burns quicker so we need to fill up more often , how is that green? 😂
