Painkillers starting to work on my legs now. Hah. Dyfi takes no prisoners. Spend another couple weekends there and you’ll be flying on these trails - best park in the UK!

Hahah we’re not the only ones then! It’s a great place. More technical than bike park wales etc. if you like bike park then yes totally worth a trip! I’d go for a couple of days - one of those places I reckon is best once you get familiar with the style etc!

That lower black is Helter Skelter I believe. I was wearing tinted goggles and kept sliding on the roots (trails were wet) you see at 4:11 but couldn't initially figure out why 😂

Not sure I follow sorry! We usually have pretty wet conditions all year so it’s unusual for it to be this dry!
