Japan works differently. They have taken the model from their medieval arts performers like the Geisha and kabuki actors to this day. Talent agencies run the entertainment. A person may enrol either young or older and train in all subjects by the agency's school and they must live at the dorms if younger or in financial strains. Since the agency once they pass certain levels of training, connects them with all other gigs they must already be trained to veer into all areas of entertainment: acting stage acting voice acting modelling speech dance and even martial arts and acrobatics. Similarly for musicians and solely voice actors. A little less so for producers and composers. So the standards are incredibly high for performers in Japan. With little sleep. I heard Eren's actor for this sayign the harneses hurt like hell and that they all ad bruises in their thighs from use. And that they were barely getting any sleep. But the effort shows. I really hope ppl don't shit on them in NY.
@SBaby6 ай бұрын
@@Larindarr The other thing about Japan is that the level of commitment by the average employee of a given company is far higher than what you typically see in the US, because with very few exceptions, employees there typically care about the whole company and not just their paycheck. So because of that they tend to push themselves alot harder than employees would in American companies.

My gosh, those two girls made me cry...not to mention Hange was lowkey creepy in that class XD The actors being literal acrobats fits so well with this but astounds me all the same. I've since learned that these anime musical actors are just on another level. Not to mention, them blending in with the ensemble really drove home that they were a unit now, and not individuals (though of course that's far from the case) 9:52 NO. THAT. HURT. That hurt! That was mean! My gosh, with everything that's happening in the anime now, I almost look back at this like an old memory, or a completely different story. I get to cheer for them again.
