Loved this weeks video. That gift bag though 😂 I used to subscribe to Stickii, it’s a monthly sticker subscription and I think it costs around £10 per month for the UK (it’s based in the US iirc) You get a few sticker sheets and some other cute stationary bits every month, it’s the only subscription box I’ve ever done as they’re usually too random for me but this one was fun. I had to stop it just as I had way too many stickers

Too much coffee can bring on migraines you may wanna try herbal tea with honey. Also stress, many people tend to bury stressful emotions and they can manifest in all kinds of maladies. You’re in the 25k zone you’ll soon need a bodyguard..lol

ah, because i've had migraines since childhood i've actually done all of the exclusion diets and caffeine wasn't deemed a trigger for me- lack of caffeine is however! i appreciate the thought but i've lived with them a long long time so it's about management rather than prevention (also i'm so nervous about my follower count climbing!).
