She literally said, "You own me? Pffft! I *own* you!" That's how it is with my beardies, they're the owners, I'm the pet. I mean.. I'm the one who cleans for them, feeds them delicious meals, so yeah, they treat me like I'm the pet 😂 I may pay the bills, but they own the house 😂😂😂 But it's insane how supportive they can be, they make great emotional support pets, cause they'll run up and lick away your tears when you cry. It's insane how they can switch from full on attitude mode to, "Oh my gosh mom are you okay!?!?" I love that about all beardies ❤

I used to be so terrified of reptiles, some still bother me. But for some reason, bearded dragon drew me to them. I love those things now. Those are the first things I check on when I go in to work. They are super sweet. Never thought I would see the day. Lol But your baby is beautiful, and I would love to have one of my own. Thanks for sharing her with the world.

I am an exotics Vet and here is a very quick and dirty list of do and don’t. Don’t buy cedar shavings as they contain aromatic oils that cause respiratory disease, only buy Guinea pig food as they require vitamin C in their diet which many other rodents don’t require, provide something to chew as their teeth always grow, the cage should be around 7.5 sq ft (can be combo vertical space) with a solid floor to prevent foot disease, avoid high calcium foods (alfalfa hay, spinach, dandelion) cause the lil guys like to make bladder stones, have multiple water bottles in the cage and finally I recommend Timothy hay for roughage that is to be available 24/7. Avoid feeding a lot of treats and fruits and your lil guy should do great!
