The Audeint ASP8024 Heritage Edition Analogue Recording Console - Part 1

This is a 3 Part Series based on the The Audeint ASP8024 Heritage Edition Analogue Recording Console. In this series, in Part 1 we cover how to get signal into the desk via the Line/Mic Inputs using a microphone, and via the Tape/DAW Inputs using Avid Protools.
In Part 2, we then show you how to group the Long Faders of the desk to a Subgroup. Lastly in Part 3 we discuss running your signal through an external anologue effects unit, and how to get signal to the artist in the booth via the console.

Once you route Channel 4 to BUSS (Group out) #4, you need to make sure that Buss Master for (group out) #4 is set to unity. Also, @ 15:55, you need to pan the drum channels (17/18) Left and Right.....otherwise, you're listening to your drums in mono.

This is true, in our studios we generally keep our Bus Masters set to unity.

How are you getting in and out of the box? Are you usung the adat lite pipe connectors too on your interface? I used two Aphex 141 bs to D/A so I can get 32 in and back. kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4bceauBh9OdfJI
