Man after my own heart Ian. One thing I might mention.You wanted to put your front brakes to rods instead of cables. If you find an early pre 1934 Austin ten axle the braking system does in fact have the ball and swivel with the action rod coming out of the side of the axle. I only just stated watching and am now addicted. Thank you for your project. KC Dorset.

hi keith, I also have a later 10 axle 1937 it has a rod for the fronts, ...all the early 10s have cables i thought? cheers mate glad you are addicted😁

Just found this channel, quality mate quality. the editing, the music.. its just an extension of your personality which is really refreshing, go as far as saying its one of the best little series ive seen on youtube. Im only a young man but it reminds me a lot of when I was doing my mini, making bits in my garage with limited tooling and just doing what I thought was cool. This is art, do keep it up mate and I hope to bump into you at a show to see this. By the looks of it youre down south, If im ever upgrading any workshop equipment ill give send it your way. Im only this far in and I dont know if youve got that plasma yet but LIDL did a park side one not too long ago that would be perfect on the metal youre cutting. Cheers buddy

Hi mate, I have only just found your channel and I am absolutely hooked, love everything you are doing and awesome music too. We have been planning a similar build using a 1937 Fiat Topolini chassis which we plan to take down Pendine for a Craic, but God knows when that will happen with all our other projects tho! Anyway keep up the good work and I will carry on binging on your channel.

Great work on the head and the rods it is amazing how little time they took to balance the internals during construction , but it all should give you a higher revving smoother engine, obviously you will need a better exhaust manifold to get the gases out,but great video, till the next one.
@oakswamp2 жыл бұрын
cheers, im hoping with the crank and flywheel balanced it will run like a turbine 😀
