The sandal part refers to the Japanese flip-flops !! Made 1947 to 1954, Total production was 196. The engine was a 5hp 350cc air-cooled single cylinder !!

Finding parts wouldn't be too easy !! and patina's a good thing !!

@@OO-Kei what parts do you mean? some can maybe be forged to replace damaged parts, to keep that cute little car mobile. patina a "good" thing, it puts the car on danger of more rust and then it will fall appart. good would be to apply rust protective paint. there is the german audi 80 from the 1990s that had a fully zinced body, those cars dont have any rust even today, if they werent scratched to deep and their zinc coat not damaged. that would be a great plus to wet zinc that little cars body, before putting a rust protective paint on, the zinc coat would let it last for another 30+ years, like that audi 80 from the 1990s. its of course the owners decision, whether he wants it to rust away or to preserve it, me only sayin, it would be fun to have a cute little car from back then last so long time.
