i almost wanna cry hearing this, i love father lazarus so much, i wish i was there with these people. His Videos changed my life, pulled me out of sinful and negligent life style and get me back on the path . even now when i feel like i am out of line, i just take 2 hours dose of father lazarus video, and it clears up my mind and put me back on track. I think the evil ones that fog our spiritual mind, get chased away when i watch his videos, its amazing, May God protect Him till the end.

This man is one of the best example of a true follower of Jesus Christ. And probably closer to the master than all popes, cardinals and bishops of any church with their huge salaries, disgusting arrogance and what ever else makes smart people leave the church in flocks. But father Lazarus by the life and actions he shows teaches a lot and makes our christian faith pure and attractive again. God bless him and give him strength and good health.

Father Lazaros plz write books and tell the world about ur experiences with the Orthodox region and the desert and ur life in Saint Antony church. You will change the life of so many people, as they will start to see life from ur side, which is much more peaceful and full of harmony. Your way is a real GOD'S WAY. this is a amazing admission of his journey. I have watched all his videos on youtube. could someone tell me if anyone was there with fr. lazarus tnat could tell us what position fr. lazarus was in when he was instructing those present how to pray the greek version of the "jesus prayer"? was fr. lazarus bent over with his head on his knees or ground ? or did he have his legs crossed as in a yoga position? he reveils more details of his transformation and miracles. god bless and protect him. he is a living esample of what we could become in fullness of Christ. roger
@gretchenisasquirrel8 жыл бұрын
roger smith though I was not present as an Orthodox I can tell you head to the floor in prostration our legs are not crossed. Fr. describes prostration as fetal position, not crossed at the ankles or like yogi, only to say how most vulnerable we are like a child and then he took for Mary to be his own Mother, the Most Holy Theotokos.

“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-17). Everyone should pray. That is what St. Paul recommends to everyone of us. If we want to receive the God's Grace, this is the only way to get it through prayers. God does not intervene in our lives if we do not pray/talk to Him. It should come from us, not the other way, and we can gain the salvation of our souls.
