The idea of this is EXCEPTIONAL. It reminds me of ninjitsu . I took 2 free classes in a new dojo that opened up in my town near Santa Barbara CALIFORNIA. Ninjitsu focuses on 4 fighting styles , based on the 4 elements . Being able to quickly identify your opponents stance or style and approach or react to them with the proper element.

I’m getting back into spinning after 4 month pause, so I’m retraining the basics to get everything clean and crisp. I’m also drilling transitional moves, so this video is super helpful. . . . 8 step cap vs antispin combines only 3 elements with the arms, but similarly to this move, it does allow timing change of the poi, as the poi keep switching between air and fire - alas between split time opp. and same time opp.
