You are spot on - perhaps she should get a mention too. Her name was Julie Stevens (playing Venus Smith) and was the 2nd Avenger girl appearing 6 times between 13th October 1962 and 9th March 1963 in series 1 and 2, alternating with Cathy Gale. She was a gorgeous blonde night club singer in a club that Steed frequented. Hmmm. The actress who played Venus Smith didn't get in on the award, although technically an Avengers girl. Must've been the awful singing.
