Gotta love America when one minute had no problem being allies with a dictator that was worse than Hitler in many ways and next minute they are worst and scariest thing ever. Anti Communist propaganda in this country is what has given Americans a false view on socialism. What Stalin and the rest of the USSR reign did was not socialism or Communism. No matter what we or Russia likes to claim. Americas propaganda against Communism for 50 plus years is what made it so had to have a reformed healthcare in this country. Simply cause it's been beat into Americans psyche that nothing could be worse. These people don't understand the difference between being a fully socialist nation and a capitalist nation with social programs. That's a big difference.

I don't remember the phone scene with Juan? I like it because of the way it builds up, first it looks like he's going to kill him (If he isn't though, why signal the guy to get out the car? maybe to intimidate him?) Then he tries to bribe him, which also doesn't work...then the listing of all the things that he has against him, but none of them scare him. BUT THEN...he's mentions the communist party meetings, which gets his attention! I love this scene. ALSO fun fact, a relation of mine is actually in the film, she doesn't speak though but she's on screen for a few seconds ! :)
