i actually have a theory of Ike being more powerful than we think he is but i lost it somewhere in my notes. i believe Ike is either a Time Traveler or Immortal its just bcs of Yugo's lore since Ike is Yugo's sensei but Yugo is from the future and Ike is from the past theres probably more to this theory but thats the simple version of it LOL i'll look for it in my notes some other time

@@Exceperojo i think i deleted it (｡•́︿•̀｡) but i can explain what i remember in Yugo's lore Ike quoted Vox's line from HITD meaning he knew Luxiem as he explicity mentioned “a certain demon i know” meaning Vox so Ike was in the future, knew Vox, and still looked the same. but how was he in the future? Ike's lore was very vague and it really doesnt explain alot, i thought maybe he became immortal since time travelling must be very risky to normal humans and his body developed itself to adapt to the rapid change of time making him Immortal. but if we go with this theory then Luca and Mysta could also be Immortal since they're also just humans while Vox didnt travel through time and Shu is a sorcerer. and there is also a theory i saw somewhere where they theorized that Ike knows how to time travel so i thought abt it and this is where the the other theory where Ike is a time traveller comes. -next-

-continue- when Ike was transported to the future he was confused and scared (as shown in his lore video) so maybe when he got settled in for a bit he looked through it and learned how to travel through time in hopes to go back home. however he was unable to go back to the past and was only able to go to the future and go back to the present leading him to meet Yugo in the future. looking back at this i remembered most of it lol theres probably alot of things that doesnt make sense in here but its just a theory

You know how people are like, “Who's top?” We don't know Vox's origin story much, but if he's a demon now, that just means he was a pre-Judeo-Christian kami. They don't need to be good or evil. And who has the power to demote powerful benevolent entities to the position of demons? Storytellers. Authors. What was Ike's profession again? 😏 Anyways, my point was the Ike is top. Be it as Eki or Ike. At least when it comes to demons and Gods. As a human, he was responsible for creating most of them. (For more details, look up “God's God” by Darkmatter2525. It's really old but SO relevant.)

In my mind, and notepad of 5 pages of theories on Eki and Ike. Eki is like; amnesias-former-personality, or split personality, or HERE ME OUT- TWO SOULS, ONE BODY! Ike maybe had trauma, or experience and his mind protects him by making or bringing a second personality. Or by any chance some hot and sexy spirit inhabited his body. Eki was unconsciously suppressed by Ike because of how rude and truthful his words are, his character occupation as Novelist is an unconscious way of Eki exposing himself in Ike’s presence and to the world. Eki will come out when Ike is not on guard, he doesn’t like how soft Ike is but will still protect the host (Ike) when in danger or correct him, Ike himself doesn’t now Eki is a thing (lore wise) maybe this is his mind trying to protect himself for the second time or something. Eki’s is probably stationed on the violent side of Ike’s brain, because Ike refuses to do anything violent or wrong, but Eki just thinks of it as Ike being weak and soft. Also Ike tends to solve things slow and understandingly and verbally, while Eki likes to do it fast and blunt and a bit more violent. Funny thing I had in my mind the other day, Eki despises Vox, because Vox or Daddy Milord would probably really wants him to come out himself, (and not just to annoy Ike) because of how sassy and true Eki’s words are and, everyone knows how Milord is around Ike... a literally fully pledged masochist. Eki would be mean to other Luxiem members EXCEPT Luca, because man is air, and how do you stab air? I also Imagine Eki would be spoiling Quildren, because we’re just a bunch of tiny floffs in Ike Pov, and annoying and feeding us with Tskr clips is the best way to spoil us, were like second to milord in being a masochist. But this is just some lame theories I thought of.

0:32 Lol there I am! I didn't get to catch the end of the stream to see the awakening, but in pre-chat I called it right from the get-go Just like "Yo imagine if this is Eki's debut. I mean of all times for it, this would be one of the best to reveal himself" AND THEN HE FUCKING DID LMAOOO (Analysis-that-no-one-asked-for ahead WOOOOOO) While I _could_ watch before I had to sleep, I quickly caught onto the fact that he was faking his headaches/exhaustion (at least to some extent). Ike had played that up throughout the ENTIRE game, just throwing in tidbits of denial, slight mood shifts, or comments about him being tired or his head hurting a little. It was subtle, spaced out well enough to not arouse suspicion of most, and creatively timed to the events in-game. Unfortunately for him, it was frequent enough for me to pick up on. If he was truly that perturbed by it, Ike would've stopped stream given the Quilldren's concern. For it to be the mild headache he played it off as, it needed to be just slightly less exaggerated, as Ike, while known for his occasional theatrics and chaos, is not typically known for repeated mentions of an issue if it really bothers him. After a few times, he'll normally address it properly on whether he's fine or not, often at the request of chat (think back to his drunk streams; he'll let the Quilldren know and keep them updated on his status in either a more elaborated manner or just a simple "I'm okay, no worries guys" or something akin to that). Knowing this, I figured out that it might've been him playing the part. And lo and behold, I was correct lol. Another thing that tipped me off (when watching clips, so I'd known it'd been confirmed anyway) was that Ike adopted a certain tone to his voice and slowly increased it the closer he got to revealing Eki, as well as the fact that Ike can be online for hours and hours and be fine (he's done it before, as shown by his birthday stream). TL;DR: I had enough pointers and clues that by the time Eki revealed himself, I'd known it was coming In case you couldn't tell, I love nitpicking these sorts of things and analysing each piece thoroughly :D

Eki is the ‘evil’ alter ego of Ike, although we don’t know how exactly they are connected and what exactly Eki is (like, do they share the same body, etc.). You can check his Halloween zatsu from last year for more details since Eki appears for a much longer time there! Hope that helps

@@aili_not_ally Hmm how do I put this.. so we have Ike, our virtual novelist, and he has an alter ego that has showed up twice officially on stream by the name of Eki (the Undertale stream and the Halloween zatsu), which is indicated by the pink/red colour scheme instead of Ike’s usual blue. I guess you could say Eki is Ike’s evil personality? If you’re familiar with the alter egos of the other Luxiem boys, Eki to Ike is similar to Box Tenshi to Vox Akuma and Hikarino to Shu, although if you aren’t I’m not too sure how else to explain sorry!!
