Honestly, for me posterior pelvic tilt is mostly facilitated by my glutes anyway; whatever my abs are doing there is blotted out by my glute activation.

Hey Matt, What are good cues to keep a posterior or neutral pelvic tilt and overall good posture while walking (keeping shoulders back also)?
@RedDeltaProject2 жыл бұрын
"walking tall" is a good queue for a strong posture, and "leading with the hips" is a good way to emphasize the hip extension so you don't have an anterior pelvic tilt.

Hello, mat. Do you still think your building muscle with pull ups and push ups video is relevant? Do you still train that way?
@RedDeltaProject2 жыл бұрын
I should make an update video on that. But yea, still very relevant for the most part.

@@RedDeltaProject Thank you so much for the advice. I literally managed to transform my whole body with just pull ups and dips. Mind muscles connection is definitely the most powerful thing.
