If I’m not mistaken, the titans are actual humans in prosthetics while the colossal titan is a large puppet. Oh and I think the Attack Titan and Armoured Titan are guys in suits.

I'll rather watch Dragonball Evolution. Even if it didn't followed the anime atleast the effects we're a little bit decent at that time and the fight choreography are somewhat decent. Here it looks like a fanmade like I can see some group of American or European KZbinrs actually pulling off the same low budget AOT live action fadmade movie like this. Also the acting was so bad.
