Not just nutrient dense but most important BIOAVAILABLE!! Meaning the body can use it. Great stuff. I learn a lot seeing how you guys adjust to conditions. From the paddle out, getting caught inside and just walking reefs to get back. When I got to Hawaii last year, I did not know much about navigating reefs, I learned a lot quickly and used what I saw you guys do! Stay safe.
