undoubtedly one of the sickest guitar riffs. The top and bottom manipulations kind of remind me of the intro to Billy idol's rebel yell. Thank you for this video as I've always noted the strings missing on Ricky Wilson's mosrite guitar and it's great to see it up close in action. B52's were a solid staple of my childhood, I luckily grew up with two musicians as parents so the yellow and red B52 albums were early in my wonderment of music, to which I'd stare at ricky wilson's picture knowing he was the missing component to the equation. peace to you brother

I don't know why but I heard this riff in a dream last night. I haven't listened to any B-52's in a long time so it was surprising to just hear the riff out of nowhere. There were no other parts of the song playing, just the riff. It was so prevalent that I got up and started to put words to it! Hahaha!!!! It def sounded like a tune the B-52's did but I wasn't sure. I then went to check my computer and honed in on Lava!. My inspired dream was just a rip off!!! Hahaha!! Anyway, nice work on the vid!

Luca that was just too Cool. I have a favor to ask if you Can is to please show how you tune each string if using 4 string's and the other tuning if using 5 string's..? This is the same tuning used by Ricky Wilson. The G string must be removed to have the exact sound, there is no other way

I think the joke is that a G string also refers to a type of underwear, which in this context is too tight. When removed, the wearer expresses relief. Lol
