As someone who had read the OG books, this series did NOT disappoint! While it was very different from the books it was also super relevant and up to date! Plus, the characters looked like the characters in the book and they seemed to be similarly aged too! Definitely recommend it.

They announced a season 2 months ago it was most likely filming in 2020 then got delayed due to covid so it should be by the end of 2021. But they definitely announced a season 2 is coming for the show so there are more than just 10 epsoides to watch for it

I absolutely recommend this show! My niece and I (I have a sister who is like, 26 years old and she has a daughter I'm not old I'm only sixteen 😭) were watching the babysitters club and can I just say as a 16 year old- I am addicted to this show. Like wow, I never thought I'd miss the babysitters club. First I read the original books by Ann M. Martin, then I read the graphic novel by Gale Galligan, and now they made a show? Oh MY GOD totally recommended.

@@ESC-lover She's juvenile diabetic in the show, these aren't the correct symptoms. If she were actually diabetic, she wouldn't require sugar to stay aloft. In fact, the sugar would just make things worse.

@@jhumurroy6130 she has type 1 diabetes in the show sugar wouldn’t make things worse for a type one diabetic. People with type 1 diabetes usually need sugar since they have low blood sugar. Or are people forgetting about Hannah Montana with Oliver Oken’s type 1 diabetes storyline aka no sugar sugar where Oliver ends up being wrong about himself not having sugar since he can have it as long as he manages his sugar intake since he’s a type 1. type 1’s can have sugar they just have to be careful so the babysitters club would actually be handling Stacys storyline right she can have sugar as long as she’s careful with her sugar intake.she drinks juice boxes in the show. She’s just not always seen eatting sugar 24/7.

They probably wanted people to be able to tell them apart for the reboot which is okay. They probably wanted them to seem more like stepsisters with different hair colors rather than stepsisters with the same hair color

In the original series Kristy had liked and dated boys in the book series. I don't want to stereotype her just because she is a tomboy. Gender expression is totally different from sexuality. Its possible that they could change the story to fit the new generation, but if they are going to make it exactly like the books Kristy liked boys.
